Psychotherapy with complicated clinical cases.

Abstract

The author explains clinical situations in psychotherapy when it is useful to have a phenomenological approach. It starts with an explanation of the history of an anthropological vision in clinics, continues with nosographie and explains situations with young children, organic deseases and near to death, borderline patients and supervision for professionals. Finally the case of an aging patient near to seventy illustrates the phenomenological approach of psychotherapy and family psychotherapy.
